One Jackson Place
One Jackson Place at 633 Battery Street is a turn-of-the-century building that serves as a flagship of San Francisco's Jackson Square neighborhood. Originally built as a paper company warehouse, it was later converted into luxury office and retail space. The building has been extensively retrofitted to preserve its historic aesthetic while incorporating modern building controls and energy conservation measures.
It has received several accolades, including the BOMA TOBY Award (2015), the Governor's Design Award, and recognition from the Landmark Preservation Advisory Board of the San Francisco Planning Commission. One Jackson Place is also home to a stunning cafe, which is frequently cited in San Francisco travel guides and featured in Barbary Coast walking tours.
525 BRANNAN STREET
525 Brannan Street was originally built in 1917 as a textile mill. The building was remodeled and expanded in 1985 to house the San Francisco Design Court and SF Mercantile companies. Today, it serves as a multi-tenant office building in the heart of the bustling South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood.
It has been extensively retrofitted with modern building controls and energy-saving measures. In recognition of its conservation efforts, the building received the BOMA Innovative Earth Award in 2015.
